Fall 2025 Dance Classes

This fun, all-levels dance class welcomes you at any stage in your exploration of movement. Class begins with a breath and alignment focused warm up to center and awaken your brain-body connection. Class continues with a blend of techniques to build strength and flexibility, giving you tools to further your embodied expression. The end of class offers a combination of choreography and/or improvisation to integrate earlier parts of class towards a relaxed and confident experience of really dancing. We'll use music and dance forms from around the world, blending with nature imagery to help open the portals of body and spirit. Teaching approach is warm, grounded, and clear, balancing challenge and fun in a way that aims to lead you to sweaty satisfaction!
