Join me in dance classes, performances, workshops, and outdoor nature-based movement experiences to feed your joy, connect with spirit, grow relationships, and re-member home.

The projects mentioned on this website, my home, my work, and my play all take place on occupied land that is part of the ancestral home of many Indigenous Nations, including the Arapaho, Ute, and Cheyenne. I do not know how to spell or say these names in their own languages, which is a signal that I have much relational and reparation work to do. I seek and openly invite conversations that help move me toward continuing in right relationship. I carry the grief of horrors done to my ancestors in my bones, and to the peoples of these lands in my heart. May the work I embark on be a part of the spiritual and social healing of our world.
